Common Questions

Buying new plants is exciting and if you're like us you will want them delivered yesterday!

We will dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. In some cases your order
may be delivered on the same day if you are local to us, however please allow up to 10 days especially at peak times.

For plant deliveries by post we dispatch Monday to Thursday only to avoid plants sitting in courier depots over the weekend.

Please be aware that the plant we supply may vary from the picture. Plants are a living item and can grow differently. Variations of shape and colour are perfectly natural and expected.  

We will supply a plant as close to the picture and description as possible.

Yes! If you have any questions or need help looking after your plants please take a look at our blog. We will be updating this often with new plant care tips.

Of course! Simply add the items to your basket and at the checkout please add a note. Your message will be included in the order.

On the rare occasion that a plant is out of stock we will contact you to let you know when it will be available again or offer a substitute at the same or higher price.

Some plants are harmful to pets if ingested. Please check out our pet friendly section for some suitable options.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can investigate and replace.

We allow returns and exchanges up to 14 days after your purchase date providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate.

Please keep all original packaging as we will only accept returns if in the same packaging.

We guarantee our plants for 14 days from receipt.  We guarantee to send happy and healthy plants, however, it is your responsibility to care for them and we cannot be responsible for neglect or mis care. 

To allow the plant to acclimatise in its new home, there should be no repotting or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 14 days after receipt. 

You must provide the adequate conditions to keep the plants alive. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a return and/or refund.
