Orders must be placed on our website and paid via one of our accepted online payment methods for delivery or collection. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver large plants, planted containers and handmade wooden items outside our local delivery area in Northern Ireland.

PLEASE NOTE: For plant deliveries by post we dispatch Monday to Thursday only to avoid plants sitting in courier depots over the weekend.
Delivery Time
Most deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days however please allow up to 7 days before contacting us especially at busy times. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Please allow 7-30 days especially at peak times for delivery of our custom made wooden items.
Collection
We offer our customers a collection facility Ards Shopping Centre, Newtownards, Co Down, Northern Ireland. Please select Collection at the checkout and you will be notified by email or text when your order is ready to collect. Orders are generally ready to collect within 1-5 Days. Please contact us if you don’t receive a “Order Ready” notification within this time. Not all items are available to collect. Please check the item description.
